Gil Elvgren (1914 – 1980) was probably best known for his paintings of pinup art used in advertising.

Elvgren studied at the American Academy of Art. In his painting he was  strongly inspired by illustrator Gene Pressler.

He worked for for Brown & Bigelow.

This work is ready to frame, packed in a plastic cover to protect it from scratches and in outstanding condition.
